This policy applies to orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original packaging
- All tags must still be attached
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear will not be accepted.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Undergarments or innerwear
- Socks if opened or worn
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging if damaged
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery charges if the error was on our side.

In the UAE, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a courier service with tracking. Tiny Thread Solutions is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Delivery charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For size related issues, we recommend placing a new order after returning the original item.
